Some packages could not be installed. This may mean that you have
requested an impossible situation or if you are using the unstable
distribution that some required packages have not yet been created
or been moved out of Incoming.
The following information may help to resolve the situation:

The following packages have unmet dependencies:
keydb : Depends: keydb-server (< 6:6.0.16-1~bionic1.1~) but it is not installable
Depends: keydb-server (>= 6:6.0.16-1~bionic1) but it is not installable
E: Unable to correct problems, you have held broken packages.

If I try to install keydb-server specifically I get

Reading package lists… Done
Building dependency tree

Package keydb-server is not available, but is referred to by another package.
This may mean that the package is missing, has been obsoleted, or
is only available from another source

E: Package ‘keydb-server’ has no installation candidate

Which makes me think its broken at your source side…

As an update to this issue, this was related to a 32bit OS which is not currently a supported deb package.
