Does paid support exist? For the past week I’ve used the contact form and the support email address to try and hire KeyDB but I haven’t heard back from anyone. Is there a better way to get enterprise support?

What do you need help with?
We are having issues where randomly memory on our KeyDB servers will spike above 2GB and the servers have to be restarted because the memory will continue to grow out of control. After analyzing dump files that are taken right before the restart, the key count and data size being used is not increasing and is not inline with the memory growth. Typical memory usage is around 400MB. We turned on activedefrag but we are still experiencing the issue. We’re at the point where this is affecting our business and we would like to hire some experts to look into this.

- What is your personal customized server infrastructure? Specifically, are you using active-replication, clustering or sentinels? If so, please let us know your arrangement.
- What are your server configuration settings for your keydb.conf file specifically?
- Are you using only read queries? Only write queries? Only Both? Is it a large number of read/write queries per second or is it pipelined read/write queries with a lot of changes?
